Trainee Site Operative
​
The Role:
UK Steel Decking Ltd have vacancies for the role of Trainee Site Operative to work on construction sites throughout the UK installing safety nets, steel decking and shear studs. This is an opportunity to work on projects ranging in size and duration in a specialist niche field. The work is challenging, tough and physical, yet rewarding in terms of pay, development and opportunity.

Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Full UK Driving Licence - essential
- CSCS - desirable, not essential
- Willing to work away 4 nights / 5 days per week – essential
- Other essential qualities include: being reliable, hardworking, able to follow instruction and be a team player
​
